Responsibilities:

• Channel Strategy Development: Develop a comprehensive channel activation strategy that aligns with TruScale's objectives and business goals.

• Design and execute strategic channel programs to drive partner sales and profitability of Lenovo TruScale offerings.
• Collaborate closely with product marketing, sales, services, and TruScale teams to develop compelling messaging, training materials, and enablement programs for partners on the benefits and value proposition of TruScale.
• Cultivate strong relationships with channel partners, acting as a trusted advisor and providing ongoing support for successful program execution and partner growth in the TruScale space.
• Recruit and onboard new partners who possess the capabilities and expertise to effectively sell and support TruScale solutions.
• Develop and manage a robust TruScale channel pipeline, identifying and qualifying potential partners who align with Lenovo's TruScale vision.
• Set and achieve ambitious sales targets for TruScale through the channel, driving partner profitability and exceeding revenue goals.

Experience & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in channel sales management, preferably within the IT infrastructure or cloud computing space.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and growing channel revenue for cloud-based solutions.
• In-depth understanding of the IaaS and DaaS market, cloud computing solutions, and their associated benefits.
• Strong understanding of channel partner business models and motivations, particularly regarding cloud adoption.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners and internal stakeholders.
• Proven experience in developing and managing successful channel programs for technology solutions.

Role:

Operations:

• Organize and oversee counter operations, including staff scheduling, performance monitoring, and attendance tracking.
• Handle performance issues and disciplinary matters for counter staff.
• Manage the handling of parcels related to client orders.

Responsible for supporting the EAM, Sales & Marketing / Director of Sales in securing and maximising all sales opportunities from determined market segments to achieve department goals and objectives

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Establish a regular call pattern for meeting with principals of target markets.

• Forecast, analyse and report individual sales results.

• Participate in developing/reviewing rate structures and conditions applicable to various marketing segments, based on market feedback and conditions.

• Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports as required.

• Liaise closely with other departments within the hotel to ensure efficient and regular communication of sales activities.

• Actively source new accounts and develop existing accounts that will meet the yield objective of the hotel from these market segments.

• Assist the Director of Sales in developing and implementing strategic sales plans, applicable to market segments under their responsibilities.

• Develop and maintain a good working relationship with all Marriott International Sales Offices and leverage on networking with staff and clients from other Starwood properties and submit sales leads within the Marriott network.

• Effectively measure and report on a timely basis, sales results with updated strategies and competitor information to the Director of Sales

• Maintain regular contact including site inspections and sales calls with key contacts in the appropriate market segments.
