What you will gain:

What you will be involved in:
- Gathering client requirements
- Sourcing and screening of candidates; you will gain knowledge about the different methods and platforms to ensure effective searches
- Conducting interviews and profiling suitable candidates
- Assisting Mentor with proposing potential candidates to prospective companies
- Aiding during the offer process and contract signing
- Other ad-hoc duties
