• At least 5 years working experience in Marine or Offshore / Oil & Gas Industry

Responsibilities

• Responsible for sales activities on companys products and services, mainly in the areas of mechanical and industrial engineering equipment
• To drive revenue growth from existing customers and soliciting for new customers.
• To proactively develop and qualify new leads.
• To identify new projects and opportunities in the market.
• To formulate sales strategies and action plans to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• To gather and report market intelligence on customers activities, projects and sales forecasts to the management.
• To be the main contact point for assigned customers to fulfil their business needs, maintaining and managing key customer relationships.
• To coordinate relevant business and service activities, ensuring smooth execution and customer experience.
• To regularly communicate and update principals on sales pipelines and technical issues, ensuring proper follow up by relevant parties.
• To keep abreast of latest changes, including customer business updates and acquiring relevant knowledge on competitor products and markets.
• To provide commercial/technical advice and training to regional and new staff when required.

Requirements

• A Diploma or Degree holder in Mechanical, Chemical or Industrial Engineering
• Good written and verbal communication in English
• Preferably with 1 to 2 years experience in project or equipment sales in the semiconductor, process or industrial sectors
• Independent, self-starter, team player, eager learner, keen problem solver
• Suitable technical candidates with the right attitude and technical experience, and who are keen to explore a career in sales, are also welcome

• Work together to define the project's scope with cross-functional teams that include design, development, and management of objectives and results.
• Create thorough project plans, budgets, and schedules, and make sure that the deadlines are followed.
• Effectively plan and distribute resources to guarantee that project milestones are met on schedule and within budget.
• To overcome project limitations and challenges, identify possible hazards and create mitigation plans.
• Encourage and uphold efficient and transparent channels of communication between team members, clients, and stakeholders to
• Ensure alignment with project objectives and give frequent project updates.
• Oversee and rank several projects at once, making sure that each one's particular needs and timelines are fulfilled.
• Organize frequent status meetings for the project and provide clients and senior management with progress reports.

• To assist the Project Manager in managing a construction site in its day to day operations.
• Supervise all worker and solve disputes between workers if required.
• To carry out inspection of workers' personal protection equipment and safety gear in order to adhere to the company's safety policies.
• Proven experience as construction foreman In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment and OSH guidelines.
• Min 2 years of relevant working experience
• Weekend duty is required, must be willing to work 6 days work week.
• Must be willing to work overtime if required.
