• Process work pass applications, renewal and/or cancellations and liaise with Ministry of Manpower for work pass related issues.
• Liaise with clinic for all medical examinations pertaining to employment.
• Administration of all leave types, benefits, and time attendance
• Responsible for the updating and maintenance of the database in the HR system
• Manage annual performance appraisal, salary review and variable bonus exercise at group level.
• Manage HR issues & employee relations, attend to employees' grievances and complaints, providing counselling and guidance if necessary.
• Develop and document business processes and policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.
• Review and recommend appropriate changes to improve the staff appraisal system.
• Review and renew of Company Group Employees Benefits Insurance, Group Business Travel Insurance and Company General Insurance
• Liaison with Landlord / Property Agent and / or Tenant to renew of Company tenancy agreement.
• Assist in the formulation and communication of HR policies and procedures.

Requirement

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or other relevant discipline
• 1 - 3 years of relevant experience in HR role
• Knowledge in InfoTech System is an advantage
