Skill and Requirements

• Minimum Diploma required
• Minimum 5 years of wealth management experience
• Strong sales track record
• Strong understanding of cross border regulations
• Strong understanding of financial markets & market trends

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with individual and business clients, understanding their financial needs and goals.
• Provide expert advice on a wide range of banking products and services, including savings and investment accounts, loans, mortgages, and wealth management solutions.
• Proactively identify new business opportunities and cross-selling opportunities to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets.
• Conduct regular client meetings to review their financial portfolios, address concerns, and recommend suitable banking solutions.
• Ensure timely follow-up with clients, ensuring their needs are met and any issues or concerns are addressed promptly.
• Develop and implement strategies to retain existing clients and attract new business through referrals and networking.
• Collaborate with other departments (e.g., credit, operations, and risk management) to ensure a seamless service experience for clients.
• Monitor the market and industry trends to stay up-to-date with competitor offerings and identify opportunities for differentiation.
• Manage and oversee clients' accounts, ensuring that all transactions comply with relevant regulations and internal policies.
• Handle client inquiries and resolve issues related to banking services, providing exceptional customer service at all times.
