• Summarize, create presentations, and present initiative-specific, compelling, executive-ready presentations conveying the strategy, business case, and recommendations to Senior and Executive Leadership across product, operations, technology, and compliance.

Requirements:

• Possess at least 4 – 6 years of Project Manager / Delivery lead related experience in the banking / financial domain
• Experience in the payments domain will be an advantage
• Finacle implementation and integration experience in a global bank setup is a plus.
• Good working knowledge of Agile methodologies, JIRA, and Defect management tools.

1. Support Head of Engineering in training and developing the engineers on technical matters, including handling and operating all broadcast equipment.
2. Assist with engineering technical tasks to ensure smooth running of daily engineering operations.
3. Establish an SOP for Site Survey and prepare Production and Technical Integration Layout Plan. To review and make relevant updates as required for process improvement.

• Bachelor’s degree Engineering, Business or Supply Chain, MBA Specialization in Supply Chain & Operation Management or Graduate degree in Science, Business, Engineering (strongly preferred)
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in complex Supply Chain environment
• Must have 5 or more years people / team management experience
• Hands-on working experience with strong track record in at least 2 of the following areas required: supply / demand planning / IBP and S&OP management / financial processes / MRP systems / inventory / distribution / order management
• Proven track record in delivering ‘Best in Class’ business results through innovative customer focused solutions
• Demonstrate a very good understanding of the entire Value Chain, and a keen understanding of how both commercial and supply chain decisions impact the Customer and financial performance.
• Problem solving mentality and “can do” attitude. Strong leadership, analytical, problem solving, reasoning skills and the ability to master complexity is required
• Able to analyze multiple data sources in high pressure environment to give prompt recommendations & solutions.
• Strong influencing and articulation skills to enable effective communication and gain alignment with stakeholders. Ability to articulate and simplify Supply Chain challenges to all stakeholders, quick decision-making, to work under time pressure, and the capacity to make good judgement in situations. Accuracy and prioritization in a fast-paced environment are required.
• Must have experience in planning processes, inventory management and financial knowledge.
• Strong collaboration, partnering and negotiation skills. Able to work with diverse group of people, and act as a change agent. Seek for feedback to ensure alignment across stakeholders, followed by prompt execution on positive actions.
• Interpersonal communication skills and team building is required.
• Superior planning and organization skills. The ability to master prioritization process by seeking sponsors and partners feedback is required.
• Leading and developing high performing cross-functional and matrix teams
• Proficiency using ERP / planning system (e.g. SAP, APO, OMP, Tableau, Power BI) experience in implementation and deployment of tools is preferred
• This position can be Singapore or Pune based and may require up to 10% travel

— SuccessFactors Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for design and configuration of ECP to meet stakeholder’s requirements
• Experience in the full process of fit-gap analysis, requirement gathering, solution design, deployment planning, and strong project implementation of ECP
• Identifies, assesses, and solves complex business problems for area of responsibility, where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors
• Provides solution support during proposal development and planning
• Experienced in defining data, integration, and test strategy for ECP deployment
• Provides solution advise and leadership to the internal and client project team during an implementation. Acts as solution “subject matter expert” and advises on leading practices in ECP
• Monitors and advises on solution and schedule risks and mitigation strategies
• Managing client relationship with business process owners and client solution leads
• Master and maintain detailed knowledge of ECP product-suite, including professional certifications
• Assist with coaching and developing junior consultants and growing the SAP Human Capital Management capability

The ideal candidate should possess:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred
• Minimum 8-10 years of experience with SAP ECP implementations, including hands on design and configuration
• Able to communicate in Mandarin would be an advantage
• Implemented ECP solution for Singapore and China locations. Experience with ECP deployments in other Asia countries is an advantage
• Knowledge of SAP On-Premise Payroll is an advantage but not essential. Ability to manage senior stakeholders and client executives
• Knowledge and experience of the SAP Activate (or equivalent) methodology for SuccessFactors Business domain knowledge for Human Resources
• Proven ability in implementing HRIS software within or for a Human Resource Department Previous exposure to HR practices and HR Software
• Ability to effectively develop presentations and present ideas and proposals to all levels of management
• Excellent verbal/written communication, collaboration, analytical and presentation skills
