RESPONSIBILITIES

Our goal is to provide high-quality, evidence-based nursing care in the clinic. • Assess and provide quality geriatric/dementia care
• Conduct pre-assessment for new clients referred by AIC
• Ensure client enrolment follows company SOP
• Handle documentation for relevant government submissions

• Offer health promotion and counseling to clients and families

Requirements：
