Currently in full transformation and firmly anchored in modernity, the House of Chaumet is undergoing a global repositioning with a strong sales growth and we are actively looking for a Senior Sales Ambassador based in Singapore.

Reporting to the Boutique Manager, the Sales Ambassador will be responsible for meeting individual and boutique sales targets, providing exceptional client service levels at all times, cultivating and maintaining a loyal client base and assisting with daily boutique operations.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets as assigned by the Boutique Manager.
• Follow all the sales & operations processes and requirements according to the Company policies.
• Act as a brand ambassador by demonstrating high level of product & brand knowledge and customer service.
• Achieve high customer satisfaction to build long term relationships between the brand and customers. This includes to work closely with customers on after service issues.
• Support events, activities and change of visual merchandising with the marketing team.
• Maintain the best boutique conditions at all times. E.g. cleanliness, safety, security etc.
• Support all ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Boutique Manager

Profile

• At least 3-5 years’ experience in retail operations with successful track record gained from luxury jewelry industry
• Sales and resulted-oriented
• Excellent customer servicing skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in English
• Self-motivated, team player, positive thinker, creative and effective
• High integrity with good ethics and values
  

Responsibilities

• Prepare sales quotations and receive sales orders.
• Prepare delivery order, invoice and other relevant documents.
• Liaise with suppliers/customers on delivery and stocks inventory / entries.
• Provide support, including procedural documentation and relevant report.
• Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners.
• Assist and/ or guide client through a series of actions, to help setup systems or resolve issues.
• Establish good working relationships with customers and other professionals.
• Any ad-hoc assigned as instructed by manager.

Requirements:

• Positive attitude & independent
• Experience and knowledge in office system furniture or commercial carpet or interior design
• Good contacts with interior Designer & Architect
• Possess good interpersonal skills
• At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required
• Preferably Entry Level specialized in Sales – Corporate or equivalent

Key Responsibilities:

• Market Expansion and Analysis: Develop market segmentation strategies by analysing trends, acquire new customers, and expand business, focusing especially on promoting eco-friendly and sustainable tableware and food packaging products in the F&B sector.
• Sales Goal Setting and Execution: Assist in formulating clear sales plans and OKRs, driving the team to consistently strive toward achieving sales targets.
• Customer Relationship Management: Establish and maintain long-term, stable partnerships with existing clients (including catering companies, restaurant chains, and supermarkets), ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering ongoing collaboration.
• Team Collaboration and Support: Work closely with the team and supervisors to coordinate resources, ensure smooth project execution, and deliver excellent service to clients.
• Account Management: Manage customer accounts and credit, ensuring timely collection of receivables before credit limits are exceeded or due dates are passed.

Job Requirements:

• 3-5 years of sales experience in the food and beverage (F&B) industry, particularly with experience selling packaging products to catering companies, restaurant chains, supermarkets, or fresh food factories.
• Passionate about the F&B industry and eco-friendly products, with a keen interest in staying updated on market trends.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, capable of maintaining and managing long-term customer relationships.
• Strong focus on OKRs, with the ability to motivate the team to achieve sales targets.
• Resilient in the face of challenges, consistently working towards closing customer deals.
• Able to work independently while also being an effective team player.

Responsibilities

• Assist sales team with the preparation of all sales and tender related documents, costings and material submissions.
• Prepare sales quotations and proposals.
• Provide sales and administrative support to the Sales Team.
• Follow up with factories on document requirements and ensuring that all submissions are properly presented and submitted on time.
• Supporting the sales team in responding to customer inquiries and assisting to resolve issues, where appropriate.
• Liaise with internal teams and colleagues from Procurement, Logistics and Finance.
• Sales order processing from Quotation, Sales Order, Purchases Order to Delivery Order.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 or 2 years of experience in project management or sales support function.
• Enjoy working with numbers and good with excel, powerpoint and words.
• Diploma in Business management or Electrical engineering
• Knowledge in Lighting Simulation Software (Relux/Dialux EVO) will be an advantage.
