• To provide logistic support for TLE programmes such as room set-up, equipment housekeeping, transport coordination etc.
• To lead and supervise TLE volunteers on their duties for internal and external activities.
• To participate in and support cross-department events such as volunteer appreciation, fundraising event etc.
• To ensure TLE operations run smoothly and efficiently

Pre-requisites:

General:

Technical

1. Proficient in Microsoft Office

Job Descriptions:

• To coordinate and manage client expectations
• Report to management, manage M&E team and work with other trades manager
• Able to schedule, supervise and control sub-contractors to carry out their works accurately and timely in accordance to the contract drawings and specification
• Review all M&E Shop Drawing from design team and submit for approval

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Well-versed in contractual terms, conditions and obligations
• Strong knowledge of M&E systems and able to identify critical quality control items
• More than 10 years of relevant experiences and 3 years in plant projects
• Experienced in data centre projects will be added advantage
• Willing to work in Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia or Philippines and other countries as assigned
• Well versed in MS office, MS project and Primavera
