• Responsible for daily operations of maintenance of M&E systems by tracking progress, updating and submission of service reports, checklists and parts/repair recommendations to clients.
• Planning of project, maintenance and repair schedule.
• Responsible for project management including coordination, supervision and monitoring quality of workmanship and compliance with requirements.
• Coordinate with clients, suppliers, contractors for timely execution of works for maintenance and projects.
• Conduct to site survey, measurements and supervision of works carried out by technicians or sub-contractors.
• Assist in proposals, tenders costings and quotations to clients.
• Follow up for billing and invoicing to clients for work done.

Requirements

• Diploma with Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• At least 2 years of working experience in M&E sector or fresh graduate
• Self–motivated, proactive, organized and meticulous, possess strong planning skills
• Good communication & interpersonal skills
• Good knowledge of local standards and requirements
