As a transplant coordinator, you are able to impact the lives of our patients and their families. You are required to assess, educate and co-ordinate the care of patients and donor throughout transplant process for pre-intra and post-Haematopoietic Cell Therapy and Transplant (HCTT) in KK Children's and Women's Hospital.

You are required to communicate all aspects of patient pre-HCTT care plan with other multi-disciplinary team. You will be assisting to follow up on the results with clinical transplant manager and transplant physician in-charge.
