Job Description

• Building good working relationships with client and company contacts across several company entities around the world.
• Coordinating internal stakeholders and teams to deliver excellent customer service
• Preparing materials for presenting and selling creative work.
• Supporting the development of creative work by documenting client feedback and attending creative review meetings.
• Forecast and track client account metrics to optimise revenue potential
• Nurture key accounts, finding opportunity to upsell and cross sell.

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor Degree in Business / Marketing / Aviation industry
• About 1 year of sales experience
• Strong interest within the Travel / Tourism / Hospitality / Banking / Payment industry
• Ability to work in a fast paced & proactive environment

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with consultants to align design drawings with regulatory requirements.
• Create technical submissions for materials, construction methods, and structural shop drawings
• Address construction issues on drawings and maintain close communication with Architectural, M&E teams, and regulatory authorities.
• Evaluate and propose solutions for technical challenges, while planning, monitoring, and reporting the progress of shop drawing production
• Oversee a team of BIM Modelers responsible for generating coordinated shop drawings and Concrete Body Plans.

Requirements

• Min Degree in Civil Engineering or it's equivalent
• At least one year related working experience
• Professional Engineer registered with the Professional Engineers Board, Singapore is an added advantage
• Have familiarity with British and Singapore Design Standards.
