What you will do:

As Senior Sales Engineer HVAC, you will execute sales strategies to achieve profitability and growth objectives and sets priorities to ensure customer satisfaction in business delivery objectives. Drives sales figures through tenders by developing and maintaining relationships with customers/contractors and interacts with them frequently and ensure a commitment to customer satisfaction.

How you will do it:

• Work with BOD, Service, COE and Product teams in providing selections and quotations to consultants/customers/contractors
• To support consultants in chiller/airside selections prior to tender roll out (BOD)
• To develop relationships and quote to contractors tendering for HVAC contracts
• Work with internal stakeholders for equipment selection/optimization/costing
• Executing the initiatives and committing to yield total customer satisfaction and achieve the business results
• To ensure the success of the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Sales Plan objectives to his/her business segment within the sales department
• Maintain existing customer base and develop new customer base to ensure continuous business growth
• Maintain constant field intelligence and feedback pertinent information on competitors’ activities, product, prices, business performance and promotional programs
• Foster strong customer’s relationship with all customers enabling the company to achieve profitability and excellent payment collection position at all times

What we look for:

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical Engineering (open with fresh grad)
• Knowledge in chillers & airside a plus
• Fluent in windows software

Responsibilities:

• Monitor closely sales targets and sales information on a daily and weekly basis to ensure targets are achieved
• Conduct sales training for new and current sales associates and develop individualized training plans
• Ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations of the outlets
• Liaises with different functional team including sales, warehouse, marketing and customers
• Ensure all staff clock in and clock out in system
• Cashing duties, which includes cash float, petty cash and bank deposits measures
• Support all administrative work for sales operation eg. preparing roster, checking timesheet
• Ensure standard operations procedures and service guidelines are adhered to
• Sales commission calculation, including overtime pay
• Assist on recruitment of new retail staff, including interviewing, explaining of compensation package and policy
• To implement marketing strategy at POS system
• Ensure all outlet have sufficient stock for maximum sales
• Attend to customers’ enquiries/feedback as required

Requirements:

• Diploma on Business/Retail Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of retail/F&B operations experience
• Familiar with SOP of Retail Operation
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word
• Passionate on Sales and Customer Service
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work at nights, weekends, PH, store openings and closings according to the needs of the business.
