• Create and maintain the project template files to ensure standards
• Coordinate with other departments and engineers to manage and resolve clashes
• Liaise with sub-contractors
• Prepare Transmittal on drawings for submission or issuance to sub-contractors
• Review and revise the current revision status
• Compiling of As-built drawing upon project completion
• Minor coordination of Architectural / Structural / M&E drawings
• Detailing and documentation of working drawing
• Check on-site to ensure that architectural works are carried out according to the construction drawings
• Any other duties assigned

Job Requirement:

• Minimum 5 years of experience after tertiary education in a relevant architectural field in the construction supervision of architectural works for projects of similar scale and complexity in context.
• Willing to work in the site office.
• Able to commit 6 days work week

Working Location: Tuas

Working hours: Mon to Fri (7.00am - 4.15pm)

Duties:

• Compiles and records production data for industrial establishment to prepare records and reports on volume of production, consumption of raw material, quality control, and other aspects of production, performing any combination of following duties:
• Compiles and records production data from such documents as customer orders, work tickets, product specifications, and individual worker production sheets, following prescribed recordkeeping procedures, using typewriter, computer terminal, and writing instruments.
• Maintains files of documents used and prepared.
• Makes copies or scans of correspondence or other printed matter. Files such material electronically or in hard copy.
• Answers telephone and provides information to callers or routes calls to appropriate official.
• May have frequent communication with customers and/or vendors, as assigned.
• Provides administrative support and materials to various departments and functions, which may include production, sales, quality, purchasing, customer service and finance.
• Responsible for completing and maintain all shipment related requirement, such as shipping document, shipping arrangement and related activities.
• Coordinate interactions with inter departments.
