Job Description:

• Assist the sales team with order processing, sales reports, customer inquiries, and updating records in the CRM system.
• Coordinate order processing, tracking, and delivery schedules, ensuring timely communication with logistics and distribution teams.
• Act as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries and issues, providing prompt, accurate information to clients and internal teams.
• Maintain accurate sales records and generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports; monitor sales targets and performance metrics.
• Handle ad hoc administrative tasks
• Handle logistics and production deviations while developing new logistics solutions.
• Coordinate with international teams on customer quality claims and shipping arrangements.

Requirements:

• Software Proficiency: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and familiarity with ERP systems (preferably Movex or M3).
• Experience: At least 3 years of related experience, preferably in the Food/FMCG industry.
• Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, meticulous attention to detail, and adaptability in fast-paced environments
