Our client company is a leading manufacturer and supplier of premium safety glass products, specializing in solutions for the architectural, automotive, and construction industries.

Job responsibilities :
- Responsible for order processing via email or phone
- Check data accuracy in orders before releasing them to the Production Department
- Contact customers to obtain missing information or to answer queries
- Liaise with the logistics department to ensure timely deliveries
- Maintain and update sales and customer records
- Expedite orders through internal coordination
- Direct important feedback from customers to relevant departments
- Stay up to date with new products and features
- Provide administrative support and handle other ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Job Requirements :
- GCE ‘O’ level or high school diploma (or equivalent)
- Previous experience in sales administration or a similar role
