Job Description

• Industry/ Organization Type: Manufacturing/ Retail
• Position Title: Retail Sales Assistant
• Working Location: Central (Nearest MRT: City Hall)
• Working Hours: 5 days, 11 am to 8 pm/1 pm to 10 pm
• Salary Package: Up to $2,500 + AWS + Performance Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and ascertain what each customer wants or needs.
• Open and close cash registers, perform tasks such as counting money, separating vouchers, balancing cash drawers, and making deposits.
• Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices.
• Compute sales prices, and total purchases and receive and process cash or credit payments.
• Maintain records related to sales.
• Arrange and display merchandise to promote sales.
• Checking inventory levels and placing orders for stocks.
• Help customers try on or fit merchandise.
• General cleaning of the store, such as shelves, counters, and tables.

We are hiring a sales and marketing assistant/ executive who will support the sales team in developing and executing various marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive sales. Joining our team means becoming part of an organization committed to creativity, teamwork, and excellence.

Assist and provide support to the sales and marketing team in all sales and marketing activities.

Assist to develop and implement sales & marketing initiatives and provide support to business partners.

Assist in creating marketing content, newsletters and promotional materials.

Manage the social media accounts

Maintains sales and marketing databases.

Provide sales and supports on company’s products to customers.

Assist the sales and marketing department with administrative task.

Study website and social media metrics and writes analytics reports.

Conducts market research and competitive intelligences

Perform other ad hoc duties which assign by supervisor.

Requirement:

- Strong written communication skills

- Familiar with social media and networking, email marketing and search engines

- Able to handle multitasking and have good time management skills.

Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud and digital photography and video editing experience is a plus
