Job Description:
· Provide full range of secretarial support to BOD included office-management duties, travel arrangements, handling calendar events, organizing reports and documents, setting up meetings.
· Support sales and marketing projects.
· Assist in ISO standards preparation, filing and compliance.
· Assist in Grant/ Trademarks application.
· Participate in liaison with Government agencies/ Associations.
· Co-ordinate and conduct meetings, briefings, or trainings to staffs when necessary.
· Organize and maintain confidential information, files, and records.
· Able to take Minutes of Meeting/ Provide summaries.
Job Requirements:
· Candidate must possess at least Diploma/ Degree in any field.
· Relevant experience in sales / marketing / administrative roles.
· Good disposition, hardworking individuals with good interpersonal relationship.
· Good verbal and communications skills and attention to detail.
· Good time management, has initiative and is reliable.
· Maintain confidentiality of private information.
· Knowledge of MS.
