1. Trade Marketing Support

• Support the Marketing Director in planning and executing marketing campaigns to promote 3rd party brands at retail supermarkets.

Responsibilities:

• To ensure safe and smooth day-to-day operations of vessels chartered in as well as our own vessels.
• To coordinate with the Ship Chartering Team for calculating cargo intakes, maximizing stowage, issuing instructions to on-board masters/captains and appointing shipping agents as per operations procedure and company policies.
• In charge of bunkering arrangement, monitoring voyage performances of vessels.
• To evaluate vessels, estimate voyage duration and cargo intakes.

• To appoint shipping agents and work with them in respect of issuance, release and collection of Bills of Lading in accordance with operations procedure and company policies.

• To ensure that voyages are executed and performed as per Charter Parties and on a timely basis, using the shortest safe route.

• Qualifications:
