We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Intelligent Home Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have comprehensive expertise in intelligent home systems, design, sales, and installation. This role requires a deep understanding of the latest trends in smart home technology and the ability to deliver personalized solutions that meet our clients’ needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients, providing them with expert advice on intelligent home systems.
• Demonstrate and sell smart home products, including automation systems, security solutions, lighting, climate control, and entertainment systems.
• Design customized smart home solutions based on client requirements, ensuring seamless integration and ease of use.
• Oversee the installation process, collaborating with technical teams to ensure quality service and customer satisfaction.
• Provide post-sales support, troubleshooting, and product guidance to ensure optimal system performance.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and innovations in smart home technology.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in smart home system design, sales, and installation.
• Strong understanding of intelligent home products, including home automation, security, lighting, and audio-visual systems.
• Ability to assess client needs and offer tailored solutions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Hands-on experience with the installation and configuration of smart home systems is preferred.
• Self-motivated with a customer-oriented approach to sales.
• A valid driver’s license and the ability to travel to client locations as needed.

Beauty Advisor Responsibilities:

• Consulting with clients to determine their skin type, skincare concerns, and style preferences.
• Recommending products that fit the client's needs, preferences, and budget, and plaining how the products work.
• Responding to customer questions and complaints.
• Making sales, processing returns, and maintaining a balanced cash register.
• Planning and taking part in store events.
• Designing and maintaining attractive displays and managing inventory.
• Handling administrative and clerical duties, such as ordering stock and maintaining customer relationships through follow-up calls and mails.
• Hand on service to customers , facial , Body therapy with or with equipment like : MIR , CPL , Oxygen equipment and other all equipment in outlet.

Beauty Advisor Requirements:

• Extensive and up-to-date knowledge of beauty trends, skincare products, and cosmetics.
• A passion for the beauty industry.
• Experience in sales, retail, or related field may be preferred.
• Excellent customer service and sales abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good analytical and problem solving skills.
• A friendly personality and professional appearance.
