Job scope involves giving sales support to outdoor sales colleagues.

Work in Ubi area. Pleasant work environment, friendly colleagues. On job training will be provided.

Requirements

- Perform accounts payable and receivable

- Perform admin duties

- Issue invoices

- Record all quotation details from clients in excel to issue quotation, and send via email / whatsapp group

- Monitor and amend quote changes in the same excel file

- Check completion and update finance

- Any adhoc duties that assigned by Superior

- Preferably familiar with using google drive

- Must be meticulous

- Working day: Mon to Fri (8am to 5pm), Sat (8am to 12pm)

We are looking for a dedicated and outgoing individual to join our team as a Sales Assistant cum PA. This is a full-time position, ideal for fresh graduates and motivated, outgoing individuals. The successful candidate will primarily assist the sales leader in expanding the company’s business and achieving sales performance targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute sales plans based on the targets set by the company and actively complete any sales tasks assigned
• Handle customer orders, ensuring smooth operations from negotiation to execution of sales contracts
• Follow up on potential customer needs, develop new customers, provide product introductions, quotations, and services, while maintaining and strengthening relationships with existing customers to establish long-term partnerships.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and other related matters to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Provide secretarial and administrative support to senior leader
• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents
• Organize and coordinate meetings
• Undertake any other ad-hoc tasks and responsibilities assigned.

Requirements:

• Experience: Not required, fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Skills: Effective communication, team collaboration, problem-solving, ability to work under pressure, presentation skills
• Language: Fluency in English and Chinese
