The Role:

We are looking for a Jewellery Sales Executive. You will be working directly with the customers, providing them product knowledge and effectively selling both the brand and product. You will be required to share brand history, product knowledge and the highest level of customer service with all potential customers.

Responsibilities:

As a sales executive it is key that you build long term relationships with customers. You are expected to familiarize yourself with the products so as to easily recommend based on the customer’s needs and preferences. • Must be very familiar with google applications, in particular, Google Calendar, Google Drive, Google Docs, Gmail.
• Keen to learn about Learning Management and Customer Management Systems.

• Self-motivated and an excellent team player.

• Has cold calling or lead generation experience (preferable, but not a requirement).

Work Hours

9am to 6pm on weekdays; 8.30am to 5.30pm on weekends.

5-day work week:

Preferable to work both weekends, or at least 1 weekend.

(If working 1 weekend & 4 weekdays, off-days will be on 1 weekday and 1 weekend).

(If working on both weekends & 3 weekdays, off-days will be on 2 weekdays).
