• Provide regular updates to project steering committees and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and follow-up on action items.
• Coordinate with users and tech teams to facilitate user acceptance testing, facilitate discussions on defects resolution, and obtain user signoffs.
• Coordinate post-go-live support activities to ensure a smooth transition.
• Ensure project financials are accurately captured and up to date, monitoring budget utilization and expenses.
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Technology, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably within the financial industry or Treasury and Markets domain.

About the Team

PDPO(Privacy and Data Protection Office) is the organization to lead, supervise, and empower all TikTok's privacy work in an accountable and industry leading way. This team is the expert in the landscape of privacy risks and passionate about consulting across the company on implementing the proper safeguards and technical mitigations to ensure that our users’ privacy is honored across the TikTok's products and platforms.

Responsibilities

1. Initial triage and fact identification: for every incident initial triage occurs to understand what has happened in order to assess the scope of impact. As part of triage, facts/evidence about the incident are uncovered.

2. Review/understand what happened: all incidents will be reviewed to understand what happened and ensure that the root cause and contributing factors are identified and documented.

3. Identify incident trends and common root causes to ensure that frameworks and processes are put in place to eliminate entire classes of incidents.

4. Design and implement cross-organizational processes to triage, remediate, and postmortem internal and external privacy incidents across TikTok.

5. Improve the efficacy and transparency of the Privacy Incident Response Program and create strong and scalable processes.

6. Routinely publish reports and presentations to leadership.

7. Identify patterns, propose solutions, and drive implementations to prevent issues from recurring.

8. Build relationships and trust with influencers and drive programs with compassion and integrity.

9. Explore new and enhance existing cross-functional collaboration.

Minimum Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, technical field, or equivalent practical experience.

- 5 years of experience working within the privacy incident response or similar teams, experience managing privacy or security incidents.

- 2 years of experience managing direct reports.

- Excellent in identifying process gaps, measuring progress, and balancing engineering and product efficiency with process overhead.

- Strategic problem solver with excellent legal and business judgment including demonstrated experience assessing information for risk mitigation opportunities.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to represent and advocate for complex business or technical concepts with senior leadership.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION

The incumbent is SME to RPA process and development.

MAIN DUTIES

• Assist with process discovery and assessment, conduct requirements workshop with various business units to identify potential automation opportunities
• Documenting Software Design Document (SDD) with as-is and to-be solution.
• Support business stakeholder/users to define RPA strategy and delivery plan to ensure smooth implementation
• Assist with assessing risks and device mitigation plan along with key stakeholders
• Set-up infrastructure to ensure the availability of IT infrastructure and Blue Prism platform for User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and production.
• Accountable for managing end to end RPA delivery from analysis, design, coding, UAT, deployment and post-production support.
• Accountable for the RPA environment management, patch management, planned maintenance and backup & restoration process based on the defined SLA
• Provide run support for day to day IT management and service management (i.e. incident management and problem management) to ensure smooth run operation in run mode
• Trigger and follow the provisioning of new robots in terms of machines, credentials and access rights
• Responsible for the overall developments of the RPA processes by maximizing the overlap between processes and the management of an object library
• Review and approve the transfer of an RPA process for UAT to Production systems.
• Accountable for the scheduling of Robots in Production
• Ensure project team follows best practices and guidelines.
• Develop Automation operational handbook to ensure smooth transition to production support team
• Manage stakeholders and provide regular updates.

WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

• At least 4 years of Hands on Robotics Process Automation development experience (strong preference for those with Blue Prism experience) and others tool like Automation Anywhere (preferred), UIPath (preferred).
• Strong BluePrism (or equivalent Automation software) configurator knowledge and administrative exposure
• Experience of setting up and managing RPA IT environment
• Good understanding of Robotics technology solutions and underlying IT services
• Strong experience in service readiness frameworks and best practices
• Strong knowledge of Excel VBA, Scripting, .NET, SQL
• Good Communication skills - Written and Verbal.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor in Computer Science or related IT degree

Responsibilities:

• Gain a comprehensive understanding of the program, connecting various business units and identifying potential business opportunities within each.
• Regularly engage with customers through weekly scorecard and quality meetings, monthly safety, and continuous improvement (CIP) sessions, project-related discussions, KPI reviews, and strategic business reviews.
• Lead and/or participate in CIPs and ad hoc projects focusing on workplace safety enhancements, automation, process optimization, quality improvements, productivity gains, data analytics, data visualization, storage models, freight consolidation, cross-border trucking, and overall network planning.
• Oversee the planning and execution of projects ranging from short-term (6 months) to long-term (10 years) timelines.
• Act as the primary representative in customer engagements and project-related meetings.
• Take a leadership role in staff training and career development planning.
• Manage multiple CIPs and ad hoc projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to project timelines.

Requirements:

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in related field of study.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in contract logistics leadership role.
• PMP certification preferred.
