Role Description

We are seeking a seasoned Sales Director to lead and drive our customer acquisition, go-to-market strategies, and institutional partnership initiatives. In this senior role, you will work closely with the leadership team to shape and execute critical sales strategies, positioning DigiFT as a leader in the fintech space.

You will take ownership of developing investment opportunities, leveraging online channels and industry events to attract investors to our regulated platform and digital asset offerings. Key Responsibilities

• Design and build the sales capabilities to support the growth of DigiFT.

The Sales Director is accountable for the management, preservation, and growth of Smiths Detection business in the region including all sales and Customer Relationship Management in the North Asia market, positioning Smiths Detection as the market leading provider of choice across all market segments. Requirements:

The Asia Head of Rates and Currencies Investor Sales is responsible for driving the sales of macro cross-asset products to institutional investor clients. Main activities consist of building and marketing of flow and non-flow macro products to Institutional Investors in the Asia Ex-Japan region, with a key focus on real money and hedge fund clients.

Role description
Working as part of a Category team that operates as part of an overall Global Technology Sourcing team. Making an ongoing, tangible contribution to cost efficiency and commercial/contractual risk management, through:

• Supporting the Global Sourcing Category Lead – Network and Infrastructure in developing the overall spend category strategy in partnership with key stakeholders and managing the effective delivery of that strategy
• No direct reports however there will be some workload oversight of, and close collaboration required with members within the Global Sourcing team located in numerous Nomura regions
