DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure Data Center operations are kept within the agreed SLA and PUE is maintained according to GM Platinum requirements.
• Maintain compliance with all local statutory regulations and codes.
• Responsible for managing Facility Managing Agent, facilities contractors and vendors carry out PPM as scheduled and any alarm or breakdown in the building.
• Review submitted documents like Drawings, Permit-To-Work, Risk Assessments, Method Statements & etc.
• Review, assess and verify equipment fault/ damage as claim by service vendor.
• Prepare incident reports, root cause analysis (RCA) or work improvement plan.
• Ensure adherence to work processes, procedures for all Data Center related M&E services are followed.
