· Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs

· Work collaboratively with the Sales & Marketing department to generate opportunities for new business.

· Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new customers to enable future bookings, including in-house promotions, sales calls

· Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team

· Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status

Requirements and skills

· Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets

· Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization

· Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close

· Strong business sense and industry expertise

· Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills

· Able to use basic computer hardware and software (e.g., personal computers, word processing software, internet browsers, etc.).

· Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

· Ability to work shifts, weekends and Public Holidays

· Ability to work longer hours with prolonged period of standing
