RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in managing sales processes, including order processing, invoicing, and customer follow-up.
• Maintain accurate sales records and data.
• Provide administrative support to the sales team.

• Assist in managing and nurturing relationships with key clients.
• Support the Key Account Managers in developing and executing account strategies.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify client needs and industry trends.
• Prepare and deliver presentations and reports for client meetings.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction and project success.
• Monitor and track client engagement and feedback to improve service delivery.
• Participate in client meetings and provide administrative support as needed.

PROFILE

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Mandarin would be additional advantage
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc)

Profile

• Currently enrolled in a Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related degree program

Preferred Qualifications:
