Job Description

Your responsibilities include:

• Develop a strategic, targeted customer service approach to achieve and exceed annual sales quotas and margin targets for assigned accounts.
• Build and sustain strong, long-term customer relationships by understanding their needs, objectives, and challenges to effectively manage their supply chain.
• Oversee inventory programs while evaluating risks and opportunities to enhance fulfillment processes.
• Collaborate independently or with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer escalations, such as shortages, potential production line interruptions, or quality concerns, as well as managing processes.
• Ensure timely ordering of parts to guarantee on-time delivery.
• Identify key overseas parts for cost-of-goods-sold reduction and lead efforts in deflationary initiatives.
• Drive process improvements for enhanced efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure prompt and accurate invoicing and payment processing.
• Analyze customer forecasts and usage trends to predict future demands and optimize stocking levels, considering lead times.
• Provide technical and product knowledge support to suppliers and customers, coordinating quarterly discussions to maintain account health.

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with at least some years in a customer-facing role within the supply chain industry. They should have a solid foundation in program management, sales, or service and be skilled in defining and executing program requirements from end to end. Strong knowledge of industrial components (mechanical/electrical products, fasteners, fabricated goods) is essential.

Key strengths include negotiation, problem-solving, effective communication, and influencing decisions at senior levels. The candidate should be a motivated, detail-oriented self-starter with excellent time management skills and the capacity to manage multiple projects. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), ERP systems, and CRM tools is required, along with the ability to travel up to 20%.

Job Description

Reporting to the CFO, you will:

• Oversee Treasury operations, maximise and optimise currency operations, cash pooling/management efficiently for the group
• Prepare monthly budgets and forecast, cashflow/financial analysis, payments processes and ensure compliance/KYC
• Monitor interest rates, FX hedging requirements, establish strong business partnership with financial institutions to ensure effective and optimal long term banking solutions
• Lead end to end implementation of Treasury Management System (TMS) via Kyriba
• Provide support to financing team, collate necessary loan documents to facilitate smooth transactions

The Successful Applicant

• Degree qualified in Accounting/Finance/Economics, with over 10 years of working experience
• Group/HQ level Treasury experience, execute business initiatives alongside senior management
• Proficient in leading end to end TMS implementation such as Kyriba
• Managerial experience to lead a treasury team
• Strong business partner to build banking relationships with financial institutions, drive cross functional collaboration in the organisation

As a Indirect Tax Manager, you will:

• Report to the Head of Tax, ensure compliance to IFRS, kept abreast of ongoing GST/VAT changes in the market
• Act as a strong business partner to Tax, Finance and other functions, provide tax advisory/solutions that aligns with business goals
• Scope impact of new business initiatives on existing process and systems
• Drive standardisation and automation of indirect tax process in a voluminous set up, fulfil annual statutory requirements

The Successful Applicant

• Degree in Finance and Accounting, CA/ATP qualified, at least 10 years working experience in Tax

• Provide extensive range of sporting activities and programs for all categories of memberships whilst striving for sports service excellent
• Plan and introduce new sports activities, programme and development for the interest of our Members
• Manage the Sports and Recreation budget, control operating costs and promote revenue to ensure the financial effectiveness and stability of the department
• Ensure that the Sports & Recreation Centre and its equipment are maintained and in perfect operational condition
• Oversee and assess coaches and their relevant classes and programmes
• Able to manage members’ expectations effectively and professionally

Requirements:

• Possess at least a Diploma in Sports Science & Management or equivalent and with at least 5 years’ relevant working experience
• Good knowledge of current sports trend
• Able to work independently and a team player
• Hands-on approach in daily operations and leadership
• Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office
• Able to work on weekends and public holidays
