We’re hiring for our growing Recruitment Executive team. You’ll work closely with our project managers to help them find talent for their projects, and you’ll also be involved in innovative ways to draw in the right talent for the right role.

Responsibilities

• Work with the hiring manager to gain insight into their staffing requirements and develop a targeted recruitment plan to address manpower needs
• Utilize a variety of approaches to acquire and entice prospective talent, including reviewing resumes, conducting preliminary phone screenings, and evaluating candidates' skills, knowledge, abilities, and compatibility with the organization's culture.
• Collaborate with the HR administrator to facilitate the onboarding process for new candidates and ensure the smooth execution of contract signing procedures.

Requirements:

• Nitec/ Diploma in Human Resource or relevant discipline
• Min. 2 years of Sourcing experience
• Strong communication skills to influence people at all levels
• Must be able to work independently with minimum supervision

This role involves supporting Account Managers in sales operations, customer interactions, and administrative tasks within the telecom industry, requiring strong organizational, communication, and software skills, as well as industry knowledge and experience.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of sales or Inside sales support/operations experience in the information technology industry.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on customer relationship development.
• Strong organizational abilities and the capability to multitask effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, Salesforce, and Microsoft Business Central.
• Self-driven and detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills.
