We are hiring a Sustainability Sales Manager!
PURE ACTIVE WATER Pte Ltd, a Singaporean start up, environmentally responsible, provides safe water and sanitation solution through an innovative technology ActivH2O.
ActivH2O eliminates virus (including Sars-Covid 2) and bacteria by chemical free electrolysis. This sustainable process generates natural oxidants at different concentration providing sanitised potable water or disinfection solution. The oxidants remain in the water for several weeks, thereby protecting water from re-contamination.
To prospect new clients and develop new projects to fuel the growth of our business in the Asia Pacific region, we are hiring a Regional Sales Manager reporting to the CEO based in Singapore. You will build key prospect and customer relationships, identify business opportunities and close business deals.
Your responsibilities are not limited to those listed below and may change depending on business needs:
1. Sales:
· Prospect new clients and distributors, to propose new sustainable chemical free solutions .
· Generate sales opportunities in sustainability sectors to fuel our pipeline (call, email, visits) and open new revenues streams.
· Develop Customer appetite for Sustainability, and attract environmentally conscious customers
· Improve our CRM with new prospects, and clients.
· Cultivate strong business relationships with key decision makers for more sustainability.
· Follow up on after-sales activities to maximise sales and improve our client’s sustainability goals to enhance their brand image.
2. Business Development:
· Develop market strategies on sustainability and research high potential prospects.
· Track key metrics such as sales pipeline and step by step sales forecasts.
· Develop innovative sustainable solutions and sustainable metrics with our engineering team.
3. Marketing:
· Conduct market analysis: competitors, prices, legal and new regulatory framework for sustainability
· Elaborate market strategies to develop a more sustainable Asean.
· Prepare and present commercial pitches for client prospects and investors showing the sustainable advantages of our technology such as chemical free process, clean water access, water conservation, and energy saving.
· Jointly with the Business Manager, manage and support exhibitions on sustainability, development of marketing campaigns on our sustainable goals.
Your Profile
Education:
Diploma, Bachelor or Master Degree in Business and/or Management.
Requirements:
· At least 5 years of experience in Sales or Key Account Management.
· Knowledge of the Water Distribution or Food Processing industries.
· Background in Engineering is advantageous.
· Strong interest in environmental issues, with the ability to work independently, possessing an entrepreneurial mindset and high attention to detail.
· Willingness to travel regionally.
· Must be a Singapore Citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident.
Language:
Excellent in verbal and written communication in English.
Tools we use:
Microsoft Office 365, knowledge of PowerBI or Tableau is a plus.
Eligibility Criteria:
5 years’ experience minimum in a similar role.
