• Regular Order Management Updates to the Sales Team
• Coordination of shipping schedules.
  Preparation of shipping documents (commercial invoice, packing list etc.).
• Tracking payments and updating on system
• Maintaining the customer data to ensure accuracy.
• Assisting in general administration duties and Ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements:

• ‘O’ level with 2-3 years of relevant experience.
• Self-motivated with good initiative.
• Possess strong negotiation and selling skills.
• Knowledge in office supplies or office automation would be an advantage.
• Knowledge on SAP and TMS system would be an advantage.
• Positive working attitude with a willingness to learn and provide good customer service
