Broker Support

• Co-ordinate the technical requirements/needs of the clients and reinsurers and deliver Aon projects to reflect these.

About The Role

We are searching for a Director, Partner Sales to lead our ASEAN and Greater China partner account team. The role will be based out of Singapore, reporting to the Vice President of Partner Sales, Asia Pacific. English and Mandarin speaking is essential to this role. About The Role

We are looking for a Partner Director to lead a team of Inside Channel Account Managers (ICAMs) for APJC. This role will be based out of Singapore and will report to the Vice President of Partner Sales, APJC.

In this role, your first responsibility will be to attract talent and hire your inside partner sales team based out of APJC. You will be accountable for establishing the team with clear roles, responsibilities, and key performance goals to operationalize partner recruitment and onboarding, enabling Cloudflare to reach customers across new geographies and territories in APJC. You will develop strategies and programs to grow deal registrations, partner-initiated opportunities and partner-initiated sales.

You will be accountable for defining targeted partner criteria and profiles, segmentation of territories to align to our sales go-to-market, recruitment strategy, development of partners, partner-initiated pipeline strategy and partner sales growth.

Your role will require you to work closely with Partner Leadership, Sales Leaders, Partner Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, Sales Operations and Partner Marketing teams. The candidate must be a seasoned leader with experience leading a cross-regional APJC team, preferably in the technology, cybersecurity and/or networking sector. Travel will be required within APJC.

Responsibilities

• Establish and lead the inside partner sales team for APJC
• Establish cadence, reporting, goals, metrics and tracking progress
• Develop the inside partner sales strategy and operational model, including partner recruitment, onboarding, and activation
• Define targeted partner criteria, profiles and segmentation of territories to align to our sales go-to-market
• Define the geographical scale and coverage model to achieve growth and goals in deal registrations, partner-initiated opportunities and partner-initiated sales
• Run programs at scale to build partner-initiated
• Work with the enablement team to scale program, sales and tech enablement

Desirable

• 10+ years experience managing partner and or distribution teams.
• Experience working in the technology, cybersecurity and/or networking sector
• Understanding of cloud infrastructure ecosystem and cloud security is highly preferred.
• Strong executive presence
• Confident presentation and interpersonal communication skills (verbal and written)
• Existing relationships and/or strong familiarity of the partner ecosystem in the region covered

· Design and implement sales strategies suitable for the Southeast Asian markets based on the company's strategic positioning and development plans, provide professional advice to management on market positioning, product strategy, and business models.

· Build and manage the sales team, set annual, quarterly, and monthly performance targets, provide sales training and guidance to team members and relevant departments, and lead the team to achieve the company's overall sales goals.

· Regularly track the sales team's performance, analyse sales data, identify trends and issues affecting performance; prepare performance reports, update management on sales progress, and offer improvement suggestions.

· Establish and refine the company's sales management systems and processes, building the initial sales framework and operational mechanisms.

Requirements

· 8-10 years of sales management experience in the SaaS software, IT, or internet industry, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.

· Familiar with Southeast Asian markets, with a preference for experience in building teams from the ground up in a startup environment.

· Bachelor's degree or higher, with a preference for majors in marketing, business management, or related fields.

· Proficient in using mainstream CRM software (e.g., Salesforce), with strong data analysis, strategy development, and execution skills, and adept at using data to support decision-making.

· Strong team leadership and project management experience, capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

· Excellent communication skills in both Chinese and English to liaise with China associates.

We are seeking an experienced Solution Sales Executive to lead Enterprise Risk Management Software sales. The position is responsible for sales opportunity & territory management, sales strategy, and revenue generation related to the Moody’s Analytics suite of Credit Assessment and Origination and/or Regulatory Compliance and Capital Management solutions, including Regulatory Capital calculation, Regulatory Reporting, and software and services related to stress-testing.

This Sales Rep position requires expertise in managing complex, solution sales cycles, and involves working closely with pre-sales staff. Sales Reps manage and drive the sales process through the sales cycle. The position and territory is a blend of active account management and new account development.

• Primary responsibility will be selling and maintaining new and existing client relationships through a strategic based approach in order to increase sales, and achieve set quarterly/yearly targets
• Demonstrating the superiority and value of the Moody's Banking suite of solutions to potential and existing clients. This will often involve high quality presentations, client meetings and drafting proposals.
• Manage and coordinate Moody's responses to requests for product and services information (RFIs and RFPs) from external parties, clients and prospects.
• Must develop deep, practical understanding of Moody's Banking suite of solutions and services, with a focus on Regulatory Compliance, Capital Management and Lending solutions.
• Must be able to identify/recognize cross-selling opportunities for Moody's by asking relevant questions to extrapolate the necessary information. This will also be achieved through working with account generalists.
• Work closely in collaborating with teams to ensure high levels of client satisfactions in all client interaction including issue resolution.

Qualifications :

• A bachelor degree is required. IT or business finance related discipline.
• The successful candidate will have 10-12 years of successful selling experience to financial institutions in ASEAN. Particular experience in selling to the Finance, Treasury or Risk Management groups within banks a plus.
• Must have a basic IT and software implementation lifecycle understanding e.g. can fluently articulate topics around platforms, databases, solution deployment.
• Must be a strong team player and able to work in a fast paced and diverse environment.
• Good understanding of finance and risk management acquired either by advanced study or through industry experience a plus.
• Experience with managing a pipeline and forecasting capabilities.
• Estimated client travel 40-50%.
