• Assist in office facilities and maintenance requirements by scheduling, assigning and follow up with vendor/contactors on work progress
• Undertake and oversee office renovation projects and work with various vendors/ contractors to ensure completion
• Assist in enhancing office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts, and safety equipment’s procurement
• Recommend any improvements to reduce cost or increase efficiency of the facilities services
• Responsible in the general office management like yearly carpet and office cleaning service
• Assist with Building Management FSM to conduct and coordinate fire drill - CERT exercise
• Support Production and Engineering departments on facilities maintenance, not limited to yearly disposal of expired chemical and damaged equipment under the compliance procedure
• Track and update planned preventive maintenance schedule. Manage quarterly/ yearly renewal and compliance of necessary building and facilities permits and inspections
• Organize and maintain proper facilities management documentation and records
• Provide Office Admin support

Requirements:

• GCE ‘N’ Level or above
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience in Singapore
• Proficient in MS Office software
• Bilingual in both English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese counterpart
• Possess good interaction skills and able to communicate with people at all levels
• Strong coordination and multi-tasking skills
• Able to work fast-paced environment and complete assigned tasks within schedules
• Willing to do hands-on work such as packing, checking and organizing stock items

The Director of Psychology and Behaviour Support leads a dedicated team of psychologists, associate psychologists, and Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) specialists to provide organisation-wide support services, enhancing the quality of life for individuals with developmental needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Programme and Intervention Development – Designing and implementing support programmes with PBS as a foundational approach, alongside other strategies such as environmental and visual supports, crisis response, and trauma-informed practices.
• Clinical Supervision and Team Development – Overseeing clinical supervision to deepen the team’s expertise and expand their competencies, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
• Staff Training and Mentorship – Providing training and mentoring to frontline staff in educational, day activity, and residential settings, empowering them to better support individuals with developmental needs in their daily interactions.
• Collaborative Case Management – Working closely with allied health professionals and frontline leaders to deliver holistic, multidisciplinary care tailored to beneficiaries with higher support needs.

Requirements:

• Professional Registration – Full registration with a recognised psychological accreditation body that qualifies the candidate to provide clinical supervision.
• Training in PBS – Prior training in Positive Behaviour Support is preferred, although training will be provided if necessary.
• Leadership Skills – Prior leadership experience is ideal, though high-potential candidates without it may be considered.

Job Description:

• Contribute to IT projects for Antaes clients
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP Ariba modules, including procurement, sourcing, contracts, and supplier management.
• Serve as the point of contact for end-user support, ensuring timely and effective issue resolution.
• Monitor system performance, and liaise with IT teams and external partners to address complex challenges.
• Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs and materials for end-users to enhance their understanding and use of SAP Ariba.
• Conduct regular training sessions, both virtual and in-person, tailored to user needs and proficiency levels.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation, user guides, and FAQs to support training initiatives and user self-service.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback, identify process inefficiencies, and recommend enhancements.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP Ariba updates, features, and best practices to ensure the organization maximizes the platform’s capabilities.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Information System, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum related working experience of 2-3 years
• Strong understanding of SAP Ariba modules, functionality, and integrations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective training delivery and user interaction.
• Ability to create clear, user-friendly training materials and documentation.
• Problem-solving mindset and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• SAP Ariba certification or relevant training is a plus

To provide non-teaching administrative support to the teaching staff in the following areas :

Recess Duty

Daily supervision duty at Canteen during recess time (6 recesses a day) and lunch time (up to 2 lunches 3 times a week)

Teacher Relief Support

Relief duty in looking after pupils in classes/CCAs that have no teachers in attendance during/after school as assigned by Year Heads

After-School Dismissal Duty

Daily supervision duty at main gate during dismissal time

Exam Matters and Teaching Materials

Prepare teaching resources for teachers and department heads

Scan Optical Answer Sheets for P3 to P6 exams

Check, count and sort report books according to class register numbers after exams

Other Duties

Update P1 to P6 class allocation at the end of the year

Print and check mass class allocation input

Assist in pre-event duties for Prelims and PSLE duties such as putting up labels and seating plans in all classrooms

Support in Prelims and PSLE duties as liaison officers on all days of examinations (Oral, Listening, Written)

Assist in pre-event administrative duties for P1 Orientation

Collate and place food orders for all exam standardisation exercises during school examination periods (WA1, WA2, Prelims, SA2)

Assist in packing goodies bags for events like National Day, Teachers’ Day, Children Day events and counting of pamphlets

Collate pupils’ and parents’ feedback from pupils’/parents’ surveys

Taking down and typing out minutes of Contact Time meetings

Data entry duties as assigned by Principal, Vice Principals, Head of Department and Year Heads

Perform any other duties as assigned by Principal, Vice Principals, Head of Department and Year Heads
