We are looking for an experienced Cloud Architect who will help grow our cloud capabilities by strategizing, defining, architecting, and leading modern cloud solutions. Roles And Responsibilities

• Demonstrate hands-on technical capabilities in multiple programming languages with broad knowledge in integration techniques, solution architecture and project methodologies.
• Demonstrate mastery of cloud architecture and implementation features
• Define, Measure and improve Reliability Metrics, Observability and Operations process
• Define optimal application designs and solutions for high availability, disaster recovery, security and performance monitoring.
• Work on configuration management, know where it’s broken, work towards fixing them and explore new alternatives.
• Create effective measurement tools to gauge the efficiency and effectiveness of internal and external processes.
• Develop a library of deployable and documented architectures to serve as baseline for Cloud portfolio.
• Works with management team on budgeting, forecasting and resource allocation programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, systems analysis or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience spanning at least IT disciplines, including technical architecture, network management, application development, database management, security or operations.
• Certification in AWS and Azure is compulsory.
• Familiarity with Singapore Government Commercial Cloud Platform will be an advantage.
• Strong understanding of network architecture and application development methodologies.
• Hands on experience with at least one programming language (Java, C#, Phython)

Summary:

The Compliance Inspector is responsible for working independently on assigned projects. The Compliance Inspector needs to demonstrate knowledge of certification requirements regulations and compliance monitoring activities to effectively perform duties that support the company compliance programme. The Compliance Inspector performs periodic audits and investigations of halal operations in support of compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare audit and investigation reports of findings and observations that identify, in detail, areas of non-compliance and risk areas for non-compliance
• Document all compliance activities in the prescribed checklists and databases in accordance with company policies and/or workflows
• Conduct timely follow-up with clients and close the audit.
• Provide thorough audit reports and timely and accurate reviews of client corrective actions, and follow-up and ensure that findings are closed
• Monitor and prepare reports on compliance activities and other matters
• Complete compliance audits and monitoring of various Halal operations
• Communicate with clients proactively via phone calls, emails and/or face-to-face meetings to gather information for the purpose of feedback gathering, analysis, review, records and submissions to authorities.
• Maintain schedule of audit activity with clients
• Participate and contribute in project committees
• Any other assignments and tasks given

The Academic Instructor is required to teach the courses in the undergraduate programs offered by the University at Buffalo, The States University of New York, US, in partnership with Singapore Institute of Management.

The roles would include:

• Creation of course design and materials, and implementation of syllabus to meet UB learning objectives;
• Delivery of student-centered, interactive course curriculum, including supervision of project work;
• Create, administer, and mark assessment instruments;
• Evaluate student progress and achievements;
• Hold regular consultation hours;
• Maintain and submit academic records.

Job Requirements:

• A Ph.D or Master's Degree in the exact discipline as specified by the teaching assignment from a nationally or regionally (USA) accredited university is required;
• Terminal degree is preferred;
• At least 2 years of relevant full-time teaching experience in the exact discipline as specified by the teaching assignment at the tertiary level is required;
• Ability independently operate all class level functions of Blackboard classroom management system, including Grade Center, is required;
• Substantial evidence of an active academic research agenda and recent history of publication(s) in peer-reviewed scholarly journal(s) are strongly preferred;
• 5 years of relevant work experience will be an advantage;
• Available to teach during day time on weekdays
