The Role
- Data Integration & Solutions:
Collaborate with teams to integrate data analytics into store operations, aligning with business goals. Conduct user acceptance testing for seamless integration of new tools and solutions.
Leverage data analytics to identify process bottlenecks, support daily activities, and streamline operations.
Lead the development and implementation of data-driven standard operating procedures (SOPs) for stores, ensuring compliance and track performance through analytics.
Facilitate post stock take effort by generating report to kick off investigation.
Drive continuous process improvements by analysing data, implementing self-checkout initiatives, and simplifying POS transactions.
- Data Insights & Communication:
Contribute data insights to new business development strategies, enhancing customer engagement through personalized experiences. Develop and maintain data dashboards and reports for clear communication of insights and monitoring of operational KPIs.
- Digital Communication Strategy:
Develop and execute a comprehensive digital communication strategy aligned with organizational goals, leveraging various digital channels and platforms. Manage internal communications, curate engaging content, and measure effectiveness through digital metrics and analytics. Lead crisis communication, inspire store teams through digital events, and stay updated on industry trends and technologies.
Requirements
- Proficiency in digital communication platforms, content creation, and analytics tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for crafting effective digital messages.
- Crisis management experience, with the ability to navigate digital communication during challenging times.
- Experience in organizing and facilitating engaging digital events and engagement programs.
- Adaptability to technological advancements and a digital-first approach to communication.
