Laboratory Operations:

• Facilitate and support Sales Team to provide and fulfil operational requirements for clinics including sample sending, collection, and kit requests.

Personnel to be deployed at the following hours:

• Mondays to Fridays: 9:30am to 6:30pm, inclusive of 0.5 hr lunch break

Main duties and responsibilities will include:-

1. Reports directly to Operations Manager or SH / Arts Education
2. Oversees daily operations & maintenance of Creative Arts Complex (CAC) restricted to Reflections Theatre (RT) (including dressing room), CCA rooms, VVIP room.
3. Primarily in charge of scheduled repair and maintenance of CAC specialised equipment including sound & lighting system, cherry picker, CAC retractable seats and AV accessories within RTs (including dressing room), CCA room, and VVIP room.
4. Provide smooth support to all activities and events (performance and non-performance base) in the Reflections Theatre
5. Secondary role in providing checks and feedback as a Facilities Manager including Indoor Sports Hall “The Arena” and “The Cage” (during non-performance blocks)
6. To support and coordinate marketing and booking of Reflections Theatre together with Subject Head / Arts Education
7. To provide support to our school hall as secondary role and when the need arises.

On non-performance blocks, Operations Executive (OE) is required to provide secondary support to provide at least weekly or bi-weekly (timely) fault reporting for Operations Manager on activation of maintenance works.

The Personnel shall minimally have the following qualifications, skills and experience:

• Possessing at least a GCE ‘O’ Level certificate, or an ITE certificate in related areas or a pass Diploma in Building Services, Arts & Theatre Management or other related areas
• Experience, knowledge and skills with PA sound systems and stage lighting/DMX systems preferred

• Integrate and troubleshoot processes as part of cross-functional teams driving yield and quality improvement Participate with Boise TD peers on technology choices for the upcoming nodes and able to translate future technology device needs into clear process requirements
• Identify disruptive processes early on and work with manufacturing and Boise TD to identify viable path forward
• Process development will include performing fundamental research, hardware evaluations, as well as testing processes for novel applications and generating intellectual property relevant to Micron.
• Initiate and manage experiments to widen process margins as well as to test out manufacturability of next node solutions
• Identify process simplification opportunities and drive cross functional teams in implementation Incorporate best known manufacturing methods into early development phase of upcoming nodes.
• Design and implement advanced process monitoring and control methodologies.
• Serve as a technical expert within Micron contributing to technical projects for improvements to processes, procedures and equipment.

Job Scope:

The Administrative Operations Executive is required to support daily operations including timely and accurate scheduling of client services & their transport needs, processing of invoices, deliveries, servicing of facilities and ensure other operational workflows are efficiently executed.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations

· Maintain administrative workflow for the 4Rs - Rehabilitation, Re-Integration, Respite, Return-to-Work and related Transportation processes through administrative support including coordinating and booking client appointments and transport arrangements, and collection of payment for services.

· Resolve administrative issues by identifying and analyzing information and communicating suggested solutions.

· Maintain rapport with clients and family caregivers, providing excellent client experiences.

· Communicate professionally and knowledgeably with members of the public when an inquiry is made in person or via other channels (e.g. telephone, email), answering or referring inquiries to the relevant persons in the organization.

· Supervising the daily activities of the drivers, including reviewing transport routes, problem solving on route or timing issues, and planning of allocation of drivers for weekend duties/leave coverage.

· Evaluate and make recommendations on transport processes and systems.

· Maintain transportation records for reporting, review of utilisation of vehicles including driver logs, number of transport trips, number of transport clients, overtime, and fuel consumption.

· Gather regular feedback from transport clients on services provided.

· Identify, establish, and maintain relationships and links with external agencies to generate clients for private hire where appropriate e.g. Nursing Homes, Hospitals, VWOs, Hotels.

Any other duties as assigned by the Finance & Admin Manager.
