RESPONSIBILITIES
• Oversee day-to-day operations in the beauty service industry, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
• Train, and supervise staff, maintaining a high standard of performance.
• Achieve sales targets, contribute to revenue growth, and maximize
profitability.
• Ensure exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, concerns,
and feedback.
• Maintain compliance with company regulations and policies.
• Develop and manage budgets, control costs, and contribute to
financial objectives.
• Implement marketing initiatives and promotions to attract customers.
• Provide regular reports on key performance indicators and sales
trends.
QUALIFICATIONs / REQUIREMENTs
• Open & excited to working overseas in Southeast Asia
• Proven experience as an Outlet / Area / National Manager or in a
similar beauty service role for around 5 years
• Highly aware of each centre’s state
• Ability to train our beauty consultants
• Strong proven leadership, problem-solving abilities and organizational
skills
• Ability to accurately diagnose prospects’ face, body & hair’s needs
• Hungry to learn & ability to pick things up quickly
• Understand people well psychologically with good judgment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Understanding of budget management and financial principles
• Ability to analyze and interpret performance data
