The IT Manager is responsible for the management of learning technology and systems. He/She plans and oversees learning technology and system integration, implementation, improvement and maintenance to ensure coherence across the organisation. He/She manages projects related to systems installations and configurations as well as monitoring and maintenance. He/She maximises service uptime, system backups, and manages service licensing and security standards for learning technology platforms and systems.

He/She aims to drive digital innovation, research and data measurement as well as identifying opportunities for technology integration and deployment across the organisation. He/She designs technology roadmaps and implements systems which offer user support/training and responds to user queries. He/She analyses data to evaluate the effectiveness of learning technology and systems, identifying improvement opportunities.

Our flagship product, NeuroAid, is designed for post-stroke recovery and is based on traditional medicine. The international commercial team is responsible for establishing and growing international sales of NeuroAid. This includes identifying and partnering with local players to build market presence and operations. Each Key Account Manager (KAM) is assigned a portfolio of countries for which they are co-responsible within the international sales team. They help define strategy, drive implementation with local partners, and manage operations and budgets for their assigned markets.

The commercial team currently consists of 7 staff members, out of approximately 40 employees globally.
These positions offer a unique opportunity to lead product development in several markets, working with a wide range of stakeholders, including distributor partners, sales forces, medical professionals, regulatory authorities, and logistics teams. Job Description
The Key Account Manager will manage a portfolio of countries, working as part of a team under the guidance of a senior member of the commercial team. The commercial team currently reports directly to the CEO.

Responsibilities:
In existing markets:

• Drive sales development across a portfolio of countries to meet corporate sales objectives.

Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate should:

• Be based in Singapore. Travel requirements may range between two to three weeks per month, depending on business needs.
• Be a graduate of a top-tier business, engineering, or pharmaceutical/biology school.
• Be fluent in English and French (spoken and written) to liaise with different stakeholders; additional language skills (e.g., Russian, Turkish) are a plus.

Basic Function

Responsible for the operations of the Banqueting Section for the Hotel. Liaises with the various senior staff of the Hotel on Banquet functions and coordinates with the client on special requirements for the Banquet functions.
