Requirements:

• 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in HRIS implementation
• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in HR or equivalent
• Knowledge of HR processes and terminology is a plus.

Job Description

• Lead the month-end process
• Post journals for volume absorption, logistics, deferral and ad-hoc adjustments
• Perform month-end accruals for Tuas-related expenses (for departments assigned)
• Load Raw and Pack material standard prices in the system
• Establish and maintain standard costs for all Tuas Base products (this includes maintaining the BOM and reviewing the yield on a yearly basis)
