The Senior Manager, Community Hubs drives, formulates, plans, designs and review the objectives, programmes and operations of the Community Hubs within the Cluster to suit the needs of clients and provides leadership oversight on the execution of these programmes. He/She manages the risk and quality of the programmes, monitors programme expenses to ensure they are within the budget and reviews information pertaining to the operations of the Community Hubs within the Cluster.
