About the Role
Our Strategic Communications group is seeking an entrepreneurial and creative candidate to join the Singapore Team. The successful candidate will work in close collaboration with digital and data regional team members, both in strategic communications and cross segment with FTI’s stand-alone data practice, to service our client’s needs and continue to develop our capabilities and service offering across South East Asia.
Data and analytics: The successful candidate will use data to provide knowledge and intelligence to our consultants and clients on everything from corporate reputation performance and industry trends, to government insights and policy and regulation changes, using our tools to access intel and their analytical capabilities to translate the data into actionable insights.
Digital: The chosen candidate will support in the creation and management of digital communications campaigns including but not limited to C-suite and corporate Linked In strategy and management, corporate content and distribution, crisis and issues audits, preparedness and management and social listening analysis and subsequent counsel.
What You'll Do
· Act as a data, analytics and digital ambassador!
· Lead data, analytics and digital projects for clients from deep dive analysis and reporting to programme design and implementation
· Support the team with data and digital strategy
· Proactively and accurately identify and frame client challenges and propose data-driven solutions
· Champion the vision and strategy of the data and analytics offering internally and externally
· Support the growth of the data, analytics and digital offering in Singapore and the APAC region
· Deliver actionable insights for projects in the areas of audience & influencer insights, conversation & media analysis, campaign & message performance, event assessment and more
· Detect hidden patterns, identify trends, reveal drivers, predict developments, visualize similarities and differences, and otherwise leverage data to deliver actionable insights
· Support new business efforts by delivering data-driven insights to inform our approach
· Support the development of thought leadership surrounding emerging trends and issues
· Work closely with a diverse, global team of data experts on clients across the world

Qualifications / experience
· At least 5 years and above of experience in a data and digital environment
· Expertise with data visualization tools (preferably Tableau, Gephi)
· Expertise in journalism, media, communications, or marketing
· Proven expertise in turning information into actionable insights
· Proven expertise in digital Communicators campaigns
· Ability to translate abstract and technical concepts into simple language and relatable ideas
· Experience with media and conversation analysis
· Proficiency with digital listening tools (e.g. Brandwatch/Talkwalker)
· Strong intellectual curiosity and exceptional critical thinking
