Job Description:

• Lead and supervise Pharmacy Centralized Billing Team to ensure daily objectives are met within set timelines.
• Handle exceptions and escalate issues as needed to ensure smooth billing processes.
• Support team with process improvements, including automation and productivity initiatives.
• Supervise and train Patient Service Assistants (PSAs) to maintain service standards and ensure smooth clinic operations.
• Manage patient feedback, find solutions, and identify opportunities for service improvements.
• Perform administrative duties including procurement/billing support, serving as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for departmental administrative matters, and preparing onboarding for new staff.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in any field
• Able to lead a group of Patient Service Associates
• Patient-fronting experience is preferred
• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Nursing
• Possess State Registered Nurse license
• Valid Practising License with Singapore Nursing Board
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in a Senior Care Centre or at least 4 years or more of nursing experience as a Staff Nurse.
• Possess interpersonal skills and passionate about working with the elderly.

• Provide Service Operations support to internal and external customers in accordance with the terms of the customer contract and Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
• Ensure the correct functioning and maintenance of all internal and external systems and products serviced by Service Operations
• When required, act as the customer SPOC and coordinate the scheduling of intervention with Customer's, internal resolver groups, and the Service Desk ensuring the highest level of customer services and communications are maintained to resolve the fault and incident within the prescribed SLA.
• Carry out incident and problem management support to the highest standards and co-ordinate the resolution with the appropriate resolver groups
• Ensure shortest restoral times possible, initiating the timely escalations to specialized resolver groups inside and outside SITA, according to the customer contracts, SLAs and monitoring requirements

Who you are

• Degree or equivalent Diploma / Certificate in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 8 years experience in the network, and/or application/system support domain.
• Must have dealt directly with external customers delivering to SLAs.
• Exposure to ITIL and IT/network components and principles
• Demonstrated maturity in handling complex customer issues and demanding customers
• Ability to coach new joiners and to facilitate their integration into the team
• Knowledge of Airline and CAA customers use of ACM applications
• Ability to organize the activity of a team and to take ownership of issues until resolution
