Job Requirement:

Responsibilities:

• Define the trading product features of crypto assets including spot and derivatives (CFD) independently and produce the product requirement documents. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design the scalable trading functions with combination of existing traditional trading products together for further development for various markets.
• Design the crypto financing product from scratching 0 to 1 such as staking & earn through deep interaction with third-party partners to deliver the product with good user experiences.
• Lead end-to-end product implementation process and collaborate efficiently with engineering, QA and other relevant multiple teams to deliver the project completely as scheduled.
• Deep dive into industry trends and the needs of customers, identify the innovations or new features for our trading & financing product enhancement.
• Set key metrics and achieve product goals through product function iterations based on data analysis, competitor research and product performance improvement.

Requirements:

• At least 5+ years in end to end product design and management in FinTech, FX or Securities ,and Web3 industries, especially with knowledge in Tech and Crypto Trading Products.
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Mathematics ,Finance relevant fields.
• Passion for working in a startup environment, strong resilience and adaptability of fast pace and changes of the Fintech/Web3 industry.
• Excellent communication skills and strong product ownership, work closely with cross-functional departments and influence corresponding stakeholders for alignment.
• Strong problem-solving skill , data driven and strategically thinking about product development and market trends.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese to effectively manage Chinese-speaking stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality support to all open projects of the Technical Team.
• Ensure that clients receive the best support they need.
• Resolve escalated customer complaints without supervisor intervention.
• Organise and control project elements and provide reports to the Technical Director on project status.
• Develop project objectives by reviewing project proposals and plans, conferring with management.
• Determine project responsibilities by identifying project phases and elements; assigning personnel; reviewing contractor bids.
• Determine project specifications by studying product design, customer requirements, and performance standards; completing technical studies; preparing cost estimates.
• Confirm product performance by designing and conducting tests.
• Determine project schedule by studying the project plan and specifications; calculating time requirements; sequencing project elements.
• Maintain project schedule by monitoring project progress; coordinating activities; resolving problems.
• Control project plan by reviewing design, specifications, and plan and schedule changes; recommending actions.

Qualifications and Skills:

Education:

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Lead and guide the quantity surveyors in contract administration to ensure quality and timely delivery of their assigned tasks and responsibilities.
• Negotiate with subcontractors and monitor their performance to ensure compliance and adherence to project timelines.
• Advise and resolve requests for equitable adjustments, contract disputes, and claims with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
• Prepare and monitor project cost budgets and cash flow, track changes in design/construction work, manage variations and adjust budget projections accordingly.
• Collaborate closely with the project team and oversee the quantity surveying team in analyzing, evaluating, and negotiating quotations to ensure timely contract awarding to subcontractors and suppliers.
• Draft contractual correspondence and ensure the timely finalization of accounts with clients and subcontractors.
• Participate in the project tender process, including leading the team in tabulating quantities and pricing.

Requirements:

• Degree in Building, Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in the full cycle of construction project administration.
• Have existing contacts/networks/pool of sub-contractors to source quotations/pricing, etc.
• Experience working in a Singapore Consultant Company is preferred.
• Experience with Singapore public civil projects is an advantage.
• Strong planning and organizational skills to meet deadlines.
