• Managing and organizing the filing system and software for waste information management.
• Supporting the Customer Service Manager in ensuring smooth daily operations within the team.
• Collaborating with the Customer Service Manager and Sales Director on matters related to customer care, market intelligence, and marketing communications.
• Updating the customer database with current and potential customer information.
• Coordinating with various departments, including logistics and operations, to meet customer requirements.
• Performing administrative tasks such as updating engineers' schedules, providing project details, and processing expenses.
• Ensuring clear communication between engineers and the Service Manager, preparing service quotations, and managing documentation.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Invoice & Admin relevant experiences.
