Responsibilities

• To maintain and increase market share in the Asian region by providing sales support through lab work and customer seminars at the Technical Center.

- Capture data and prepare reports based upon customer requirements.

- Planning and execution of customer seminars.

- Respond to customer technical complaints.

- Safety management of assigned area in Technical Center.

- Proposal of optimum utilization of Technical center for future.

• Promote the development of new markets - sustainable foamed material, new agriculture technology, etc.
• Collaborate with universities, research institutes, and companies in Singapore and neighboring countries to select potential new technologies/markets for the future.

Our Requirements

• Master’s degree in Engineering.
• Knowledge of polyvinyl alcohol and its applications.
• At least 3-5 years knowledge and experience in laboratory work and evaluation for polyvinyl alcohol and its application.
• Proficient in spoken and written Japanese as communication with Japan headquarters and R&D is a must.
