Strategy, Concept, Product, Pricing:

• Develop and align the catering and hospitality strategy and concept with the overall experience-vision of the organisation.

• Manage day to day operational work and offer high-touch solutions which includes addressing games submission pipeline, policy compliance, product bugs escalation, developer contracts and registration issues.
• Own internal operational tasks such as filing escalation reports, monitoring outcome, communicating status internally to partner managers and externally to gaming developer partners.
• Serve as an internal advocate aligning operational needs from key gaming developers with the policy and developer platform team
• Being the subject matter expert within the client's Play platform partnership team on developer platform policies
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve partner experience on client's platform compliance through the creation of scaled messaging and education materials

Minimum Requirements

• BA/BS Degree or Higher
• 5+ years of experience in online operations, customer success, account / partner management or project management
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, and the ability to clarify and summarize complex issues
• Ability to work effectively and cross-functionally with all levels of management, both internally and externally
• Good understanding of the Internet or Gaming industry
• Advanced skill in MS Excel and PowerPoint for data reporting purposes
• Fluent in English communication and native Korean is MUST
• Local korean gaming industry experience is a must

This role will start full-time from October 14, 2024 - March 31, 2025, and move to part-time from April 1, 2025 - April 31, 2025, when the incumbent comes back to work full-time.

To be successful in this role you will need to…

• Have a minimum of five (5) years of work experience in a firm or in-house operational finance role.
• Have a strong understanding of Singapore's regulatory environment pertaining to tax and corporate compliance.
• Be collaborative and enjoy seeing your clients and team members succeed.
• Have experience with GST, IRAS and CPF filings.
• Have experience with the preparation of financial statements.
• Have experience with Xero cloud accounting system (as a bonus).
• Have experience with cash management.
• Have a degree in Accountancy or a related field.
• Be qualified/part qualified with ACCA or a similar accounting body,
