Human Resources Division currently has an opportunity for an experienced Total Rewards Manager to join the Caterpillar team.
Job Summary:
Reporting to the Regional Total Rewards Director, the candidate will lead a team to oversee the total rewards programs for Indonesia, Japan, Singapore and Vietnam.
What You Will Do:
- Manage the total rewards programs, policies and guidelines in relevant countries to ensure market competitiveness and compliance with regulatory requirements
- Lead the design and implementation of Total Rewards programs including project management, communication, change management and vendor management
- Lead internal teams to ensure efficient delivery of Total Rewards programs and processes, ensure compliance with company and legal requirements
- Manage external vendors, ensuring delivery of service and operational metrics.
- Manage the payroll function for Indonesia
- Support ad-hoc Total Rewards and HR projects

- Benefits Programs: Knowledge of employee benefits programs, processes, issues and considerations; ability to design and implement benefits programs.
Plans, implements and administers various employee benefits programs.
Reviews benefits reports and analyzes financial aspects of recommended alternatives.
- Compensation Management: Knowledge of compensation structure, and regulations and policies related to compensation; ability to design, implement and evaluate compensation programs, policies and processes within an organization.
Determines if compensation management objectives are in line with overall business objectives.
Evaluates the effectiveness and competitiveness of existing compensation programs.
- Results-oriented, driven and able to work independently, with strong work ethics
