• Sales Order Management: Assist in the execution of sales orders e.g. issuing quotations, invoicing, reporting, contracting, processing orders, and after-sales support. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
• Sales Process Improvement: Identify process inefficiencies and propose improvements to enhance overall sales performance, working closely with the Sales Team.
• Cross-functional collaboration: Collaborate with different departments to align sales and operations functions, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
• Data Analysis: Participate in the maintenance of customer and partner master data, including account attributes, legal agreements, and CRM accounts, ensuring data accuracy and consistency, with the goal of providing strategic insights in reporting.

Requirements
