• Organize and manage electronic and paper filing systems for the QHSSE department.
• Monitor and track QHSSE events and reports using digital systems, and communicate with relevant parties.
• Assist QHSSE team during external audits by authorities or third parties.
• Keep QHSSE team informed by managing incoming messages in the QHSSE mailbox.
• Support QHSSE team in scheduling and reviewing QHSSE documents, forms, and processes.
• Prepare tenders and records for QHSSE-related procedures in collaboration with the team.
• Assist in planning and conducting ship shore drills.
• Prepare and maintain QHSSE statistics and analysis for external audits and management reviews.
