Responsibilities:

You will be expected to:

• Communicate with adoption applicants through phone call, email or text message. Provide applicants with accurate information on eligibility requirements and guidance on adoption processes.
• Work closely with key stakeholders – Accredited Adoption Agencies, MSF and China Center for Children’s Welfare and Adoption (CCCWA).
• Process new adoption applications (FormSG) and refer complex cases for pre-adoption consultation/screening. Examine and ensure complete submission of application forms and supporting documents by applicants.

• Process incoming and outgoing payments, prepare purchase quotes.

• Provide administrative support for post adoption services organised by Adoption Assessors.

Requirements:

• Possess a Degree in Social Work with at least 3 years’ experience in social service setting.
